Here is what we discuss this morning.......
(1) start with 100 thb penalty for the first time late in each month and plus 50 thb and 100 thb for VP and above for subsequent late
(2) whoever come in after 9:30 must submit half-day annual leave
(3) every 5 times late in (1)+(2) of each month must submit half-day annual leave
(4) for each team if 40% or more of members is late for more than 5 times in a month, team leader must submit half-day leave. If the team leader is also one of the member in (1), (2), (3), submit one-day leave.
- could secretary of each team send me the record every month?
- I will pick or have one-on-one discussion with the frequent contributors of above
- regular contributor of the above will have one notch down grade in his or her performance rating if no further improvement
- if bank's activity all of us should declare his- or herself IN ADVANCE if he or she can't participate but with good reason pls
- may I remind you all not to cheat pls!!!
