Regarding claim requested from customer CP trading may come from our vessel delay that mistaken by wrongly select routing from RAC booking team and misconnection. They ask us for liability claim 3300USD for processing and installing fee.
As discussion with Claim team, they were rejected because this is not under cargo claim they also advise that if we need to keep relation with this customer, please offering by commercial pay as mention that the limitation for delay, under Thai COGSA, of less than 60 days is 2.5 times of freight payable for the cargo delayed, but not exceed freight payable under the contract.
Could you please consideration for this case.
