Job Description:
We need a person with excellent administrative and organizational skills to join us as an important member our growing team. In this role we need you to help in the office in data entry to help keep our listing and systems up to date as well as provide administrative assistance to our sales and marketing teams.
You should be a well organized person with attention to detail and like dealing with co-workers and 3rd parties. You are fluent in Thai and English. You are able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize well. You are polite and efficient in all your duties. You are comfortable using computers, MS Office, Google Docs, Gmail, as well as CRM systems. You are able to schedule appointments for the team. You are comfortable to communicate on the phone and in emails in both English and Thai. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Duties include:
• You are responsible to keep property listings updated in our internal database and our web site.
• You assist with data entry to CRM keeping data current and ensuring accuracy and quality.
• You work with agents and marketing to keep case files up to date and accurate.
• You work with landlords to collect information on their properties.
• You validate availability of properties and schedule viewing appointments for the agents.
• You help marketing make appointments with corporate clients.
• You contact key accounts on a regular basis to ensure their satisfaction and check for new opportunities.
• You assist marketing with newsletter preparation and distribution as well as maintain email lists.
• You assist the company gather information on new properties.
• You work 5 days a week, however you need to be ready to work weekends occasionally.
• You report the Sr. partner.
• You represent the company in a professional and ethical manner.
Compensation:
• Base Salary 15-20K plus opportunity for commissions
