2.5. Statistical analysis
Samples were taken at random in triplicate runs. The results
were calculated as the average (means) of three separate measurements
of each run. The means were compared with Students t-test
at a probability level of p = 0.05. The selection of Student’s t-test for
comparison of the means was chosen due to the fact that the distribution
of t statistic is relatively stable for population that posses
not only a normal probability distribution but also a non-normal
mount-shaped one.
