The choice of destination of delivery which can be chosen by the customer:
1. Own address: home/office address. If the goods are not received directly by the customer,
then the customer is obligated to inform the CS via email/in writing. Tyrepac delivery PIC must
also take a photo of ID cards from the recipient of the goods.
2. Tyrepac Installer/workshop partners.
3. Self Pick Up: Customer can self pick up the tyres in Tyrepac office or warehouse. The
schedule for self pick up still refer to the SLA of Delivery Time. For the purchase of 1 piece of
tyre, customer still charged etxtra logistic fee Rp. 50,000.00 (fifty thousand rupiahs).
Tyrepac office address: Komplek Ketapang Indah Block B2 No. 6-7, JL. KH. Zainul Arifin 2,
West Jakarta (one complex with Angke restaurant, and the opposite from Faye Hotel, close
to Gajah Mada Plaza).
Tyrepac warehouse address: H.. Daan Mogot KM 12.8 No. 156, West Jakarta (on the same
side with Samsat Daan Mogot, and between Mega Baja and Mitsubishi office).
Service Level Agreement (SLA) for delivery and installation:
1. Jabodetabek : 1-3 working days (H+3) since customer's payment received. Example:
Customer to make a payment on a Monday, then at least the customer may perform the
installation on Thursday. Orders must be received by the installer on Wednesday or Thursday
morning (if installation request time is afternoon).
2. Surabaya (and Bandung) : 3-5 working days (H+5) since payment of the customer
received. Example: Customer to make a payment on a Monday, then at least the customer
may perform the installation on Saturday. Orders must be received by the installer on Friday
or Saturday morning (if installation request time is afternoon).
3. Destinations outside of Jabodetabek and Surabaya (and Bandung): 7-14 working days (H+14)
since payment of the customer received.:The delivery process is still done as early as possible.
