The Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation (EHCAAN) has received a loan for the equivalent of U.S $ 280 Million from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of the loan to payments under the contract for consultant services for Air Transport Policy of Egypt and Strategic Options. The brief description for the assignment as follow:
