Something like software help desk with some database work.
The gist of the thread was, I didn't get a job or an interview based on an hour long 400 question test, which I know for sure I would have gotten good scores on the maths / verbal / pattern parts because they were obvious.
Which just left the psychometric part which I answered truthfully, though most of the answers went against "common sense". Have you ever prejudged someone? Of course.
I asked for my results once I'd been denied the interview and the company refused but said I did well, just that others were more suited for the job.
So I feel like I wasted a whole lot of time, and it's that company's loss – really. I'm a great employee and I won't let them take that away from me.
In the future I'll either get them to agree to give me the results, or an interview first, or I won't sit it at all.
