Establishing a uniform, public, real-time fast consumable supply chain platform is the key of improving the overall supply chain management. From the angle of supply chain, We propose to establish a JIT(Just In Time) logistics dynamic collaborative supply chain platform to solve the main problems for an enterprise. We integrate resources and information by establishing a collaborative JIT logistics supply chain platform to
reduce the cost. As shown in Figure 1. It shows the relationship among information collection, public information platform and operation plan in the system. Logistics department, sales department, warehousing department and logistics department are integrated by the system platform which makes the different departments execute simultaneously using the share information. z The comprehensive management information system can realize the real-time information feedback and fast response by integrating the product capacity (yield capacity, product variety) for all products department. z Warehousing department can converse outbound and inbound information into logistics departments automatically, realizing the real-time stock inventory, and obtaining accurate complete inventory information. This way the information interaction cycle can be greatly shortened. z Data of sales department will be collected through the information platform for real-time information collection. We Provides four information acquisition methods ¾ Barcode scanning; ¾ RFID radio frequency identification ¾ Artificially typing ¾ Data transmission interface. When sales department has temporary order, the system can feedback the information to the Warehousing department or the manufacturing plant to realize JIT production z The production department put the production plan and the production schedule in the system, dynamically modify production plan according to real-time sales data. z Logistics departments will realize real-time monitoring, whole course tracing, logistics quality guarantee and dynamic logistics scheduling with the aid of an vehicle-mounted GRPS system.
