Considering the current construction process, we believe that
this project may only contribute to TRA’s revenue from 2018
onwards. Besides, investing in an eyedropper production line
following PIC/S-GMP standard is a big challenge for TRA given that
this international standard is much more complicated and stricter
than the WHO-GMP standard that has been very popular in Viet
Nam. This plan is just a new idea of TRA, and they may meet many
complexities and difficulties during the deployment of this project.
The AGM 2015 approved the proposal of adding Ms. Tran Tue
Tri in TRA’s BOM as an independent member to replace the
position of Mr. Phan Quoc Cong. These two person are both
appointed by Mekong Capital.
According to the nomination of Mekong Capital, the participation
of Ms. Tran Tue Tri, who was a marketing director of Samsung Viet
Nam and is currently the vice president of Unilever Asia & Viet Nam,
is to increase the professionalism and efficiency of marketing and
promotional activities of TRA. However, the absence of Ms. Tran
Tue Tri in the AGM 2015 has caused a negative impression for both
TRA’s leaders and shareholders.
Besides, in 2014, due to some personal businesses, Mr. Phan Quoc
Cong, who was the founder of ICP J.SC that is a famous
Vietnamese company with a well-known product line named X-Man,
did not have any contribution for TRA’s business. Therefore, we
think that the contribution of Ms. Tran Tue Tri for TRA need
more times to be proved.
