I recently (just two days ago) used LA-EA1 and LA-EA3 on A7ii and I could not tell any difference what so ever in the AF.
I imagine this will apply to A6300 too.
From what I know LA-EA1 and EA-EA3 are identical apart from latter not vignetting with FF lenses on FF bodies. The same applies for LA-EA2 and LA-EA4.
I prefer LA-EA1 because it has a removable tripod foot unlike LA-EA3.
LAEA1 can basically be converted to an LAEA3 by removing the baffle and taping some wires down (so they don't hang in the optical path). There's a little bit more to it, and I've heard it can suffer from internal reflections in some situations, but that's about it.
OTOH, I believe the LAEA2 and LAEA4 have different mirrors in them, and I think (although I've never had the opportunity to test it), that an A7 camera with an LAEA2 attached will default to APS-C crop mode, regardless of what lens is attached. (Not sure if the LAEA1 does that)
Also, according to some spec sheets I was looking at (may not be reliable sources of information), the LAEA4 is actually lighter than the LAEA2 (by approximately 40g, IOW, the LAEA2 is 25% heavier than the LAEA4).
At current US prices for the LAEA3, I wouldn't bother with an LAEA1 unless is was a super bargain. If the price of the LAEA3 hasn't dropped in your market, it might be a harder decision to make.
