Qualification
1. Bachelor or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
2. 5 Years up experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research or corporate finance will be an advantage.
3. Result-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated.
4. Proficient in operation Microsoft Office programs, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
5. Good numerical, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
6. Good command of both spoken and written English.

Job description
- Analysis company’s financial situation, construct financial model and recommend appropriate financing structure and financing alternatives.
- Analysis of investment sectors, description of competitive landscape, and news search.
- Responsible for preparing financial material for BODs meeting and investor relations programs including executive road shows, quarterly analyst meeting, etc.
- Monitors the corporate website to ensure content is up to date and meets national electronic disclosure requirements.
- Provide support in the execution of corporate finance transactions.
