Priming treatments with 0.25% and 0.50% chitosan
significantly increased the soluble sugar concentration
compared with the control in Mo17 (Table
4). Seed priming treatment with 0.50% chitosan significantly
increased proline concentration compared
with the control and 0.75% chitosan treatment, and
there was no significant difference between 0.25%
and 0.50% chitosan treatments in Mo17.
