Your upcoming year-end review is an important part of the GPM process to assess and reflect on your accomplishments during the year. For the 2016 Planning, you also need to work with your Manager to clearly document business goals/responsibilities and people goals, together with updating your IDP in Talent Central.
Please work with your Managers to schedule your Year-End Review and 2016 Planning early to ensure that you meet the following deadlines administered by the Unit:
• 2015 GPM Year End – All employees must have their appraisal document in Step 9 by 27 Nov 2015 (Friday)
• 2016 GPM Planning – All employees must have their appraisal document in Step 4 by 16 Nov 2015 (Monday). We are bringing forward the timeline so that you will have more time to achieve the goals that you plan for 2016
Please refer to the below communication for more information. We will also be scheduling Refresher Training on GPM in Singapore and Bangkok to help you better understand the process. Training invites will be sent separately.
