‘‘The patient is unconscious. We can’t find any cannula marks or
signs of violence on his body. He is very cyanotic in his face; he has initially some kind of agonal breathing, breathing frequency
about 5 per minute. After a short while he stops breathing. He is
pulseless, we can’t palpate any pulses in the a. radialis, the a.
femoralis or the a. carotis.’’
