Seeds presented the largest FA concentrations in 100 g−1 of parts
in all varieties. LA was the main polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA),
and the quantity found by Benitaka was 9148.93 (66.62% TL), which is
similar to that reported by Baydar and Akkurt (2001) in different
varieties of grapes (60.1 to 70.1%).
