1.4 Scope of study
This project requires studying guidelines to control wastewater treatment systems to save
energy and study the solutions to stop working system in the future. In this study is a lab scale. To
be used as a reference information in wastewater treatment system of the company. In experiment
are operating by bringing wastewater from the real system and control factors that related to the real
system.
In this study will be divided into two situations: 1.The period of the system is working and
stop working alternating to control wastewater treatment system to save energy and 2. The timing of
recovery in an emergency situation in wastewater treatment system of company. This study was
divided into two experimental trials 1. Find time for an operating and stopped working system
alternating were divided into four treatment system, which is vary the period following 24 hours. ,
operate 3 hours stop 30 minutes, operate 3 hours stop 1 hour, and operate 3 hours stop 2 hours
and 2. The experiment to study time to stop working system in emergency situation, the system will
be divided into five experimental varied by time period, the system stopped 0 hours, 1 hour, 2 hours,
3 hours and 4 hours and operate system on 56 hours from real detention time in wastewater
treatment system. The duration of this study from 1April to 30April, 2015.
The areas used in this study and operated this experiment is the engine aerator room under
wastewater treatment plant use for do experiment and the laboratory of Archroma(Thailand)
Company Limited are used to analyze the parameter of wastewater sample from experiment.
