Fig. 2 shows the XRD patterns of the treated surface of CuW70 alloy in different SFPB-treated time. Some peaks of the samples are broadened. It can be seen that the intensity of diffraction peaks decreased with the increase of bombardment time from the crystal planes of (110) (200) of W and (111) (200) of Cu. Generally, the lower intensity of the diffraction peaks indicates that the finer grain, which means grains have refined in the sample surface, as seen from Fig. 2. The more treatment time, the more obvious it can be seen from Fig. 2, which means more grain refinement.
