MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM OF MBK
1. Handle daily member requests from MBK Hotel & Tourism Membership Program in booking/reserving service accordingly to member privilege
2. Coordinate with properties, ensure the guest requests is well served and arranged
3. Be as a service center to provide most possible solutions for members/clients
4. Assist the Property Management Manager for VIP booking and DMD’s business partners room books
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
1. Maintain general filing systems
2. Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect or take a message
3. Prepare files, reports, correspondence and other relevant business documentation
4. Handle general enquiries
5. Take dictation of correspondence as required
6. Open and sort mail
7. Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
8. Demonstrate essential overall knowledge of the organization
9. Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them
