It is our belief that the key to delivering a successful project lies in having total involvement at every stage of the development process. This level of commitment was established by one of the pioneers of the company, Luang Bhasa Bhiraj. Educated at Harvard Law School and Yale University, Luang Bhasa Bhiraj acted as the Siamese Majesty’s Consul in Penang from 1926 to 1935. After retiring, he began to work with his sisters’ existing real estate business and acquired his first properties in Prapadaeng, the old administrative centre of Samut Prakarn Province, located just outside Bangkok. Many of the original land deals were acquired long before a proper infrastructure was in place, and when Bangkok’s communities were connected by canals.
After the Second World War, Katherine Bubha Buri, daughter of Luang Bhasa Bhiraj, returned to Thailand from her education in the United Kingdom and joined the family real estate business.
