NURSE
Report to the fire command Center with full set of first aid box and then proceed to Assembly area to help guests and staffs who require medical assistance.
CHIEF SECURITY/SECURITY TEAM
1. When receiving the fire alarm, proceed to the Fire area.
2. Keep walkie-talkie to communicate with General Manager/EAM and Chief Engineer.
3. In case of evacuation, Guard Supervisors to secure all exits of building and gates.
4. Contractor guards stop all outsiders entering to the hotel.
5. Keep closely coordination with the hotel’s evacuation crews.
6. During fire brigade arrive the hotel, He must briefing them and escort them to fire location.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DIRECTOR/MANAGER
1. Upon being informed of a fire alarm, immediately proceed to the fire command Center to report the General Manager and wait for further instructions.
2. On evacuation, instruct your Outlet Managers to evacuate their respective outlets via nearest fire exit to assembly area.
OUTLET MANAGERS
1. Dining area to be inspected for guests/elderly/children may need help to evacuate.
2. Assist your staff to direct guests calmly to the nearest fire exit and proceed to the assembly area for safety.
3. Instructions your staffs switch of all electric equipment.
4. Outlet manager lead all employees and guest to the nearest fire exit to assembly area
5. Carry duty roster or staff daily attendant record

ROOM SERVICE
1. Upon notifying there is a “FIRE”
2. Be alert and keep service trolley into service corridor.
3. If the hotel goes into General Alarm, assist the floor supervisor to direct the guests to the nearest fire exit.
4. Carry duty roster or staff daily attendant record
5. Proceed to the Assembly point
EXECUTIVE CHEF/KITCHEN STAFFS/STEWARDS
1. Executive chef immediately informs all Chef of each kitchen to stand by and ready to evacuate.
2. Chef is to order all the Kitchen Staff Team to stop working and shut down any equipment they are currently using.
3. Chef of each kitchen instructs to shut off all gas valves and all electrical kitchen equipment and steam valve.
4. If the Hotel goes into General Alarm, Chef of each kitchen leads the employees to the nearest fire exit and proceeds to the Assembly area.
5. At this point, a final check of all the kitchen area, including the stores is in order to ensure that all the staff has been evacuated
6. Executive chef proceeds to Fire command center report taken action done to General Manager/EAM and wait for further instruction.

1. Turn off the electric appearance

• Group file
• Commission statement file
• Commercial file
• Arrival report
3. Close doors behind you.
4. Evacuate through the nearest fire exits to assembly area for safety

Retail shop attendant team
1. Keep the important documents in a safe place as per established policy, and if not possible, take them along with you.
2. Unplug all the electrical appliances.
3. Lock the door(s).
4. Collect all the keys.
5. Evacuate from the area through the Fire Exit door / front door towards the evacuation area.
