The unique character of the Y Generation
When the societal context and the demography
of the generation are taken together, along with the patterns and behaviours that are predicted
from the cyclical nature of generations, core traits have been formulated to represent
the Y Generation. For this chapter, those developed by Howe (2006) will be utilized.
