Skin color of different plum cultivars including red ‘Gaixian’,yellow ‘Yuhuang’ and dark black ‘Aozhou 14’ developed rapidlyand exhibited their inherent epidemic color during shelf life at25◦C after they were stored at 0◦C for 8, 4 and 4 weeks, respec-tively (Fig. 1B).
