A bath reactor system was used to perform the photocatalytic
reaction in TiO2 powder aqueous suspensions.
The reaction mixture inside the reactor was maintained in
suspension by means of a magnetic stirrer. A UV irradiator
with a 11W lamp (Shanghai Jinguang Lamps Factory), in
the center of the reactor, was used as the UV source and
the reactor was equipped with a water jacket to maintain
constant temperature.
