The negotiators that travel to Japan also travel to Korea to do business. Some of them have technical background while some have business background . They belong to the Dutch culture while some also belongs to other cultures. Many of the negotiators have taken an internal course at Philips on cross-cultural awareness. This is a general course for three days and it focuses on foreign cultures in general with no specific market in interest. Many of the negotiators have experience from doing business in many different countries around the world.
