there occurs an event which might result in
(i) the Customer being deemed unable to pay its debts and
(ii) any winding-up proceedings have been instituted against the Customer or the Customer has commenced any action for its voluntary winding up,
then the Company (without prejudice to any other legal remedies it may have) shall at any time thereafter be entitled to enter upon the Site without notice to the Customer and remove the Designated Equipment.
