The polymorphism in EGF gene was genotyped by PCR
method according to Mendez et al. (1999) and Linville
et al. (2001). In the first PCR we obtained one or two major
bands: 1527 bp (A allele) and 652 bp (B allele) (primer’s
sequences: F1: 5-CAACAGGAAGGAATCATTACAGTA-
3; R1: 5-CCAAAACAGCCGCTTATCAAG-3)
