Incentive period is October1st till December 31st 2015
Targets are referring to sales targets beside store incentive which is based on FTW share
Sales targets have to be set above RFC
Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia & Thailand
Own Retail Stores excluding TMaG
Full time employees upon confirmation* for all prizes
DM/AM: targets will be based on assigned clusters; SICs: targets based on store targets
Best individual: all staff with individual sales targets
Incentive targets for October, November & December 2015 referring to net sales/FTW share targets will be provided before hand
Shop in charge will set individual targets per team member for submission to Senior Retail Manager
Only sum of October, November & December 2015 targets count for the prizes – e.g. if November target is missed employee can still win prizes by overachieving December target
100% has to be achieved as a minimum to be considered for the prizes
If several employees/stores achieve sales target then percentage points above achieved target will be taken into consideration
Number of e.g. sick leave days and disciplinary actions since January 2015 will also be deciding factors
Winners will be announced by end February, 2016
Prizes need to be redeemed by July 31, 2016 & cannot be encashed
SEA SM winner will only win one prize and the runner up will get the in-country prize
If employees tenders and did not redeem prizes already they are not entitled anymore
