Each employee has at least one of these a year. Each swssion lasts about 45 minutes,and wa ask them variouw questions. For example, we ask them if they think the work they are doing meets the correct standards and whether or not they met the objectives we have set for them.We also like to know if they are happy wiht the way their career is progressing, if they eould like to do something more challenging, and also if they receive sufficient,praise and motivation from their managers.
