Purpose is to develop passing and receieving while in motion.
On command players will perform a variety of exercises for 1 min. then switch.
1-passing 1 and 2 touch
2-shielding the ball
3-tempo passing(2 yards apart passing)
4-juggling with bounce

Instruction:
Full back passes to wide midfielder who checks off marker to recieve the ball. The centre midfielder will check off too get on the ball. The ball should then be layed off for the play to be switched to the opposite wide midfielder who will then drive and score in a mini goal.
