- Generate and Run Reports with accurate data from the system.
- Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources
- Support HR data to business group, Management and other functions as request.
- Work knowledge and experience in utilizing and creating database and spreadsheets are essential.
- Perform group data update, exports, imports, clean-ups and researched report on any data discrepancies
- Maintain HR Database to ensure correct recording of all staff and employment related information as required with restricted confidential environment
- Conducting HRIS training and develop documentation of system for endorses
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, complete tasks independently, and remain flexible in response to changing priorities
- Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
