The other 16 judgments coincide partially with the definitions of one of the
categories. In this study, these 16 judgments and the judgments (m, m) and (lw, lw) are
called non-canonical judgments, which should be classified neither using the
evaluation sheet proposed by Kano nor by directly applying the impact rule proposed
by CQM, but by their similarity with their neighboring canonical judgments (Table II).
