As indicated in earlier e-mails, Regal is attempting to improve its communication program with its suppliers using the Regal Supplier Communication Tool hosted by Prism Quality Systems. Many groups within Regal will be using this tool to communicate important information to you.
We have asked you to provide detailed contact information for key people in your organization through this tool, but our records indicate that you have not yet provided that information.
Providing this information is required to effectively execute our business relationship. Failure to respond to this request by 10/11/2013 could prevent Regal from being able to meet contractual and governmental requirements.
We value our relationship with you and hope that you will assist us in this effort by following these instructions:
1. Go to the site.
2. Click on the link called: Request an account.
3. When you click on that link, you will be prompted for your first name, last name, phone number and e-mail address.
4. After you provide this information, the Prism site will validate your information and send you a password via e-mail.
5. Once you receive the password, please return to the site and log in using your e-mail address and the password you received.
6. Once on the site, you should see the form to complete.
