contacting you regarding the auto policy. There was an error that occurred on the policy at renewal which was on 01/30/15, due to the membership not being paid. However, after the payment was received on the membership, our system did not print your renewal until 04/15/15, which did have the effective date of 01/30/15. The home office is willing to work with you on the premium due date since it was an error an their part. Please let me know what you would like to do.
