Statistical Analyses
Differences in performance between patients and controls were examined using an independent t test with attention. Results were considered significant with p < 0.05. Relations between attentional measures and clinical characteristics were investigated using exploratory Pearson’s product moment correlations. Correlations between different attentional tests in a group of patients were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. Results were considered significant at p < 0.05. All statistical tests were carried out using the PAWS statistics.
