etail Supervisor
The retail supervisor is coordinating with all retail supermarkets and principles to make sure our illy products are displayed and sold correctly. He/she is also in charge of the illy points in Bangkok, Chang Mai and Phuket.
Illy points responsibilities:
- Document collection & Monitoring – every month
o OT collection from all outlet
o Sales report from all illy points
o Warranty card collection and control that all are filled
o Sample report from all illy points
o Check inventory in all illy points
o Check cleanliness of all illy points
- Produce report to Management team
- PC team management
o Manage sick leaves and holiday planning of all PC
o Organize rotation and replacement
o Calculate salary and commissions
o Interview / recruit PC when needed
- Organize and coordinate the events / promotions and marketing
- Follow up on targets and communicate with management
- Insure that illy image is properly displayed and advertised
- Control consignment items and stock in the illy points
- Control orders and follow up in CN
- Single point of contact for illy points buyers
- Organize Events at illy points
- Customer service illy points
- Machine breakdown – coordinate with technical team and customer to repair
Retail market:
- Control orders and collect orders
- Coordinate with sales Coordinator
o Pass orders
o Control stock is there and advise Management if any problem
o Follow up in CN / Damaged products
- Direct contact for all purchaser for retailers
- Negotiate for better visibility on the shelves
- Negotiate for promotions
- Organize promotions
- Negotiate better conditions for illy ( lower GP and better shelving)
- Increase the number of SKUS inside the retail
- Organize participation of illy in targeted bazaar and retail fairs
