In the present study, antioxidant activities in vitro of ethanolic
extract from A. bisporus including reducing power, scavenging activity
on superoxide radical, hydroxyl radical, DPPH radical and hydrogen
peroxide (H2O2) were investigated firstly. And the potential
antioxidant activity in vivo of ethanolic extract was evaluated by
measuring the changes in activities of antioxidant enzymes in mice.
Then, the total phenolic content in the extract was determined by
Folin–Ciocalteu method. Finally, the main phenolic compounds in
ethanolic extract were analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid
chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS).
