The antioxidant activity by (%) Radical scavenging of ripe mango peel and area of water extraction was more extracts from ethanol. For the raw results both peel and flesh (%) Radical scavenging of ethanol was better than the water extract and เมื่อเปรียบ between (%) Radical. Scavenging in same concentration between peel and flesh, it is found that the shell (%) Radical scavenging than meat mango.
