01 Create a scale
We begin with making a single scale model first. Choose a Circle3D tool and create a Polymesh object from it. Subdivide it a few times and use Move brush to give it an oval-like shape. Detail it with Clay and Clay Tubes brush and then finish with Trim Dynamic and Mallet Fast brushes. I produced a few variations of the scales.se Morph Brush to correct mistakes and finish detailing.
