TOEIC® Testing for Foreign Nationals in Thailand
Effective November 1, 2012 the Center for Professional Assessment implemented new testing policies for persons without a Valid Thai National ID wishing to sit for the TOEIC® Listening & Reading test in Thailand in order to accommodate their special needs. This includes persons who …

Such test takers may only test once during any given calendar month with a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days between tests.
Tests for these test takers will be scheduled every Wednesday (with the exception of legal and company holidays) at 1:00PM.
Tests will be administered separately from the normal daily TOEIC® test and the administration language will be English ONLY. The Center for Professional Assessment (Thailand) cannot make accommodations for test takers who cannot follow instructions in Thai or English.
These are the ONLY Institutional test dates available for the above mentioned test takers. Test takers without a Valid Thai National ID will NOT be allowed to test in the regular Daily test administrations.
