AAT is FreeZone that control by Thailand customs and they have a record declaration(import invoice) when we import part here in AAT. We have reconcile AAT inventory and customs record every month and AAT will get penalty if there are any variance mismatch. This is a reason that AAT cannot ADJ inventory to correct the wrong shipment and it is take time for re-declare process with Thailand Customs that will trouble to our inventory and ordering process. Normally we prefer to deduct the payment by 65 Txn(Discrepancy) with supplier Credit Note for the short shipment but over ship is needed return back to supplier or scrap here in AAT.
Now we found 180 pcs (see attached) approx. cost 15.731246 Euro. = 2831.xx EURO
Invoice 210057
** Suppose this lot is 450 pcs based on import team information and we continue checking in the warehouse.
