As of September 2013, a total of 20 companies and 21 executives have charged in the ongoing investigation by the Antitrust Division of the DOJ of automobile parts price-fixing. All 20 companies and 21 executives have either plead guilty or have agreed to plead guilty. They have also agreed to pay more than $1.6 billion in criminal fines.
