With the deployment of eFez different delivery
channels in Agdal office by November 2005, eFez
resumed data gathering activities. Data gathering
went through two distinct temporal phases: data
gathering in order to track citizens’ usage patterns
of deployed delivery channels. Once usage related
issues were addressed and fixed by March 2006,
data gathering shifted focus in order to concentrate
on investigating how BEC service delivery
indicators changed after eFez deployment.
