As checked with Finance, we found that claim cheque was reject due to invoice issued with wrong company address due to we have changed house address no. from 195 to be no. 1.
Kindly reissue new invoice with new house address number.
For the refund amount 1,550 THB, cheque still not issue yet because our internal delay system to proceed refund cheque.
Now we are urgently to push these cheque to be issue.
Claim amount could be issued 2 weeks after we received new invoice.
Refund cheque could be issued on 28-Nov (the fastest) or 08-Dec(if late)
