As a Relevant Employee you are required to acknowledge on an annual basis that you have read, understood and will continue to comply with the Bank's Personal Account Dealing (PAD) Policy & Procedures. This acknowledgement is required even if you have not undertaken any personal account dealing in the past year.
Your annual acknowledgment & review of your PAD and OBI declarations are now due. Within 10 CALENDAR DAYS of receipt of this email you must complete the following actions:
1. Complete your annual acknowledgment
• Using your Bank ID and Peoplesoft password log into the PAD/OBI Module in the Conflict Management System HERE
• Your annual acknowledgement will appear as a "pop up window". Please read the acknowledgment and click "Yes".
• Please note that you will not receive a confirmation email. If you need to verify that your submission has been received you can check the "Last Yearly Acknowledgement Date" field in your PAD record. This is automatically updated to reflect the date of your last acknowledgement.
2. Review & update your PAD/OBI record in the Conflicts Management System - you may need to update your record if you have changed the broker you use during the past year or an Outside Business Interest has expired or has changed:
• Click on the tab "View my PAD details".
• Check that the "Intermediary Account Declaration Details" are correct. If not add or delete intermediaries as appropriate.
• Click on the tab "View my OBI details".
• Review any existing Outside Business Interests (OBI's) that you have previously declared and check they are still relevant and accurate. You are also required to notify the Control Room of any new OBI's and updates to existing OBI's using the Conflict Management System. Nil responses are not required.
