• FSR’s will receive full day rate for every day on a service ticket invoiced to the customer.
• FSR’s will receive 50% of their day rate for every standby day on a service ticket invoiced to the customer if the customer is charged a reduced “stand-by” day rate
• FSR’s working a set rotational schedule who work over additional days or return to work before scheduled days off are completed are eligible for additional days off in lieu at a rate of 1.5 days for any additional days worked outside their regular schedule.
• The FSR has the option of accepting pay in lieu of additional days off provided their regular schedule is maintained. For example an FSR is scheduled for days off on January 1. The FSR works an additional 8 days. The additional compensation paid will be calculated at 25 % of applicable FSR day rate. In this example 8 x 25 % = 2 days additional field service day rate would be paid.
• Days paid in lieu of days off will be recorded on the field service day rate payroll records.
• FSR’s accepting pay in lieu of additional days off will be expected to return on their regular scheduled date of return.
• Exceptions may be granted in the event additional days exceed 12 in any given period. Days off in lieu and field service day rates paid in lieu of days off require approval of the V.P. Int. Operations OOT.
