from 3 sporulated agar blocks (6-mm diam.) of M. anisopliae JEF-003
was added to quarter-strength Sabouraud dextrose broth in a 250-ml
flask. Flasks were held on a rotary shaker (150 rpm) at 25 ± 2 °C for
3 days.
