Adenosine-50-triphosphate (ATP), as one of the most important
metabolites in biological systems, is not only the basic biological
energy source for biological reaction but also an extracellular
significant agent in biological processes, such as photosynthesis,
cellular respiration, enzyme catalysis, biosynthesis, and DNA
replication [1–4]. The abnormality of ATP level may be associated
with a variety of physiological diseases, cardiovascular disease,
Parkinsonism, and Alzheimer’s [5–7]. Therefore, it is very
important to develop a simple and fast route to detect ATP in
life science and clinical medical research.
