CONCLUSION
From several source both the student and the teacher
were confirmed that learning and teaching using Skype
was innovative but also perfectly acceptable (in their
words, “cool”). This can be explained by the fact that
Skype is primarily not seen as an application for “serious
business” but for fun, or keeping in touch with friends.
The initial reaction of a student upon hearing of the
‘teaching via Skype’ idea is surprise, but after several
‘Skype-meetings’ they become convinced and have
reported of enjoying this form of teaching.
