Sorry for that we get the items from our new suppliers ,with much regret for the quality problem as we have not controlled it well.And we will investigate the matter as well as reflect it to our supplier.We think the customer will be the big victim .Maybe a sincere apologize can not be enough,would you mind refunding 0.50 USD to you as the apology and could you please try to fix it ?
