The %KDRIs by the number of restricted foods is shown in
Table 4. The ratio of vitamin C intake for the recommended intake
was significantly high in more than three restricted group
(NRF ≥ 3; 228.5%) compared to non-restricted group (NRF
= 0; 137.3%) and one to three restricted group (1 ≤ NRF < 3;
97.3%) (p < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the
ratio of nutrient intake depending on the number of restricted
foods.
